Hey, we are planning a Trek and we will be going via car. How far can we take the car to Rajmachi?
Only an SUV can take on the roads at Rajmachi. There is a 16kms off-road patch that needs to be covered to get to the base village. This patch of road is in a extremely bad condition and hence we recommend that normal hatchbacks or sedans should be completely avoided.
During monsoons, the road gets much worse and only a 4x4 vehicle with a skilled driver can drive all the way to the base.
